What is remote support?
We schedule a call with you an one of our techs to remote access(if available) or walk you thru the programming of your system.
Do I need onsite support?
You generally need onsite support if you have a hardware failure.
Why is onsite support so expensive?
Onsite support requires logistics, a trip charge and troubleshooting to discover the issue. In some cases it requires a return visit which is covered in the initial fee. The failed hardware is an additional charge.
How do we pay for support?
Support is a flat fee and paid via credit card.
Do you sell a replacement system?
Yes, we offer a cloud based phone system as a Nortel replacement. There is no equipment on site other than your phones which are connected to the internet. Your system is fully supported and your fee is approx. $30 per phone per month, however, you will not need any phones lines at your location(internet only).
