Challenge: Client needed to transition from a legacy Nortel voice infrastructure to a new Cisco Unified IP Communications infrastructure in a short period of time. There was to be no downtime as voice communications for the client are mission critical. System would encompass over 3000 users, Call Center operations, training, voice mail and extensive calls flow programming and scripting.
